this song reminds of me of crisp winter mornings with unnaturally deep blue skies. my dear friend coralie reminded me of it this morning (she’s just heard it for the first time, closing a loop on three years (when i first heard it and biked around listening to it like an obsessive madman)).

i like how that often happens with dear friends, a mutual yet often unorchestrated attraction to things/activities/ways of experiencing. you’ll tell me that it’s natural because we’re drawn to each other so we should be drawn to the same things, but i still marvel at these little commonalities. this is the other french kicks’ song that had me hooked.
